We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, tech-savvy, and highly organised Operations Assistant to join a growing boutique Executive Search consultancy in London.
This is a diverse and hands-on role where you'll support a broad range of operational functions — from helping to managing office logistics and coordinating company events to partnering with HR and overseeing business systems. It's an ideal entry-level position for someone who loves problem-solving, keeping things running smoothly, and playing a key role behind the scenes in a dynamic, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Employee onboarding & offboarding:
Set up and manage employee hardware (laptops, headsets, monitors) and software accounts to ensure a seamless experience for new joiners and leavers.
* Process improvement:
Assist in monitoring and enhancing internal processes — documenting workflows and identifying opportunities to automate or optimise daily operations.
* Operational tracking & reporting:
Support basic tracking and expense reporting related to operations.
* Event coordination:
Help plan and organise company events such as team lunches, socials, international reward trips, and seasonal celebrations.
* Office management:
Manage office supplies, ensure desks and equipment are ready for new team members, and maintain an organised, fully functional workspace.
* Facilities coordination:
Report and resolve office or building-related issues, liaising with vendors and service providers when required.
* Administrative support:
Handle general admin tasks such as scheduling, filing, printing and correspondence.
