As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Milton Keynes
* £28000 OTE per year
* Uncapped commission
* Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday

Your initial training
* Purpose‑built training location

Responsibilities
* Market properties to potential tenants
* Arrange and conduct property viewings
* Negotiate offers
* Agree new tenancies
* Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking and leaflet dropping
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor

Requirements
* Must have access to your own vehicle
* Full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car
* Proof of business insurance for your vehicle must be provided before starting with us
