Job Title: Professional Services Manager
Job Location: Office based - Brighton (this is not a remote working role)
Driving License: A full UK driving license is required
Travel: Occasional travel to client sites may be required

Your Role:
* Lead and develop a high-performing technical team.
* Oversee project delivery and resource planning.
* Drive service quality and operational efficiency.
* Anticipate requirements and proactively manage available capacity.
* Collaborate with sales and service teams.
* Ensure ISO compliance and high security standards.
* Contribute to strategic direction as part of the leadership team.
What You’ll Bring:
* 5+ years in leadership, 3+ in project/professional services.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Strong time and task management, with adaptability.
* Proven line management of large teams - Having conducted performance reviews, workflow management etc.
* Technical knowledge of the MS stack - Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, VM-Ware.
* A passion for customer service and team development.
