HGV Technician / HGV MechanicLocation: WidnesSalary: £49,409 per annum + £3,000 annual bonus + excellent benefitsShifts: Monday to Friday Rotating shifts (6am3:30pm / 12:30pm10pm) No weekendsWe are recruiting an experienced HGV Technician for a very well-known national fleet business based in Warrington. This is a permanent position with one of the most respected operators in the UK.This is a great opportunity if youre looking for stable shifts, no weekend work, a modern workshop, and proper career progression.Whats on offer:£49,409 basic salary£3,000 annual bonus25 days holiday + bank holidays (33 days annual leave from day 1)Full sick payExcellent pension schemeOvertime availableUniform & PPE providedOngoing training and developmentEmployee assistance programme + other great benefitsYour duties will include:Fault diagnosis, repair and maintenance on a mixed fleet of HGVs and trailersPlanned preventative maintenance and MOT preparationHydraulic, pneumatic, braking and electrical system repairsUse of diagnostic equipment and softwareKeeping accurate service and repair recordsWhat we need from you:NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle MaintenancePrevious experience as an HGV Technician / MechanicAbility to use diagnostic tools and softwareFull UK driving licence (HGV licence is advantageous but not essential)If youre a skilled HGV Technician who takes pride in your work and wants a permanent role with a reputable company that looks after its fleet and its staff, wed love to hear from you.Interested?
