Area Commissioning Team Leader- Control Systems Location- Cumbria Rate- £62.50 per hour (Inside IR35) The Area Commissioning Team Leader (ACTL) reports directly to the Deputy Commissioning Manager and Commissioning Manager. The ACTL is responsible for leading a team of Lead Commissioning Engineers, Commissioning Engineers, and Commissioning Technicians in the delivery of commissioning activities. ▪️ Ensuring Safety is the highest priority on the project with a continued strive towards Zero Harm. ▪️ To support the project Safety Leadership tasks which include but are not limited to; Plant/system Walk downs and undertaking ‘Leader in the Field’ surveys and assessments ▪️ Delivering defined commissioning work scope to an agreed strategy and plan in a timely and cost effective manner ▪️ Managing the compilation and approval of Commissioning Test Documents for both IPC and ISC via the GoC Completions Management System (CMS) ▪️ Managing execution of the arrangements for controlling, witnessing, recording and assessing the results of commissioning tests for both IPC and ISC ▪️ Providing weekly Area Commissioning progress reports to Commissioning Management Essential Experience and Qualifications: ▪️ Commissioning experience in a similar managerial role for either nuclear or conventional systems commissioning ▪️ Experience with GoC CMS (or similar) Preferable Control Systems bias required ▪️ Preferred degree, HNC/HND in Engineering related subject ▪️ Project management knowledge, preferably APM member ▪️ IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent ▪️ CSCS or equivalent card The NRL Group connect global companies with the right people to bring engineering projects to life.
