Summary
We are seeking an experienced, global Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will serve as a strategic thought-partner to senior business leaders, providing expert guidance on our most valuable resource, our people. You will provide guidance on matters relating to organizational development, organizational effectiveness, change management, transformation, performance management, and building and sustaining high performing teams. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and establish an efficient organizational design.
Responsibilities
1. Engage with senior business leaders to develop, implement, and monitor progress of strategically focused HR programs, initiatives, policies, and operations
2. Engage with senior business leaders to understand evolving business needs, associated people, and organization requirements
3. Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to people leaders (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
4. Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
5. Work closely with people leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
6. Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
7. Collaborate with HR functions (talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, total rewards etc.) and specialists to ensure proper alignment and focus of HR programs, initiatives, and priorities
8. Monitors HR programs and initiatives company-wide to ensure effective focus and positive impact on enhancing people and organizational capability
9. Analyzes people and organizational requirements, operations, gaps, and issues — engaging with leadership to understand potential business implications and develop resolution strategies
10. Monitors ongoing compliance with corporate policies/practices and with applicable laws and regulations; addresses and resolves issues of noncompliance promptly and effectively. Partners with legal and compliance teams as needed
11. Monitors industry and competition for potentially impactful people, organization, and related management changes, trends, and challenges
12. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations
13. Performs other related duties as assigned
Eligibility Requirements
14. Progressive HR experience
15. Demonstrated ability to manage projects across multiple stakeholders and locations
16. Must have experience as a strategic business partner supporting a consulting organization
17. Familiarity with global HR trends and best practices
18. Familiarity with international labor laws, regulations, and employment practices
19. Operate with high emotional intelligence and exceptional listening/communication skills
20. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
21. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
22. Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
23. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
24. Ability to travel as required
