Job Description

* Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
* Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Support employee relations by addressing basic queries and escalating issues as needed.
* Prepare reports and presentations for HR-related activities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
* Coordinate training sessions and track employee development programmes.
* Assist with payroll queries and timesheet approvals when required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Assistant should have:

* Previous experience in administrative or HR support roles.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using standard office software like Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* A proactive and professional attitude towards work.
* Knowledge of basic employment laws and regulations is beneficial.
