About the Organisation
The Jameel Arts & Health Lab was established as a pioneering partnership between the World Health Organization (WHO), New York University (NYU) Steinhardt, Community Jameel, and CULTURUNNERS. The lab is a is a global initiative leveraging scientific evidence, artist-led advocacy, and a global Healing Arts campaign to drive the integration of the arts in clinical and public health.

This role is hosted by EOA, the London-based cultural parent organization of CULTURUNNERS and Edge of Arabia. We believe artists can be a catalyst for positive change in the world, so when artists thrive, the world thrives. Always operating on the edge of what is possible, EOA envisions and executes cultural projects - including exhibitions, publications, research and campaigns - to benefit people, places and the planet. Born out of a physical and metaphorical artists' journey across the Middle East in the early 2000s, EOA now operates across multiple regions, applying its purpose-driven model to bring art and creativity from the edge of society to its center. As part of our commitment to societal change, EOA's not-for-profit arm, CULTURUNNERS, is dedicated exclusively to social impact, initiating globally scalable projects with a focus on health and education, to deliver systemic change in society.
