Job Title: People Services Administrator The key demands centre around providing an efficient and effective customer service against key performance indicators, e.g. timescales for recruitment, timeliness of sickness absence entries to support policy on staff contact whilst absent, flexible working deadlines, optimising course places, ensuring Force wide resilience timely access to advice and guidance.
