Residential Conveyancer

This well-established law firm is looking to bolster its business-to-business conveyancing team and is looking for a (likely) unqualified conveyancer with at least one year’s experience handling their own caseload

The Role:
* Manage your own conveyancing caseload from start to finish
* Clients will include banks, charities & corporations (and occasionally individuals)
* Review & draft key documentation, due diligence & manage completion formalities
* Prepare title reports, searches and send inquiries
* Work with and manage assistants within the team

* You do not need to be qualified to apply for this vacancy
* Experienced paralegals, fee earners, lawyers or fully/part qualified legal executives are welcome to apply
* You'll need 1+ years’ experience handling your own busy conveyancing caseload
