What does the role entail?
As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. From food safety to cooking techniques, your expertise will keep our kitchen running smoothly and our guests coming back for more.
* Food Safety: Compliance is our number one priority
* Culinary Skills: Show off your fresh food and cooking expertise
* Teamwork: Work confidently in a large team to produce high-quality food in a fast-paced environment
* Quality & Efficiency: Cook and prepare dishes to company specifications while managing ticket times
* Ownership: Take charge of your area, managing orders and maintaining smooth kitchen operations
* Versatility: Support different sections of the kitchen as needed including hot and cold larder sections.
* Cleanliness: Ensure safety, sanitation, and organisation at all times
Who are we looking for?
* Passionate foodies who are committed to delivering high standards
* Experienced chefs with prior kitchen experience
* Ideally some experience or interest in hot larder (burgers, fryers, fish & chips)
* Bonus if you have pizza experience
* Ambitious individuals who want to grow, develop, and learn
* Hardworking chefs who are reliable, willing to listen, and committed to improving
* Skilled communicators who thrive in a team environment
* Flexible workers who are comfortable with evening and weekend shifts
* Drivers preferred, as late finishes (up to midnight) and transport requirements make it essential in some cases.
What To Expect
* Mixture of Half day and full day shifts: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm / 5:00pm - 10:30/11:00 pm - some flexibility may be offered.
* A supportive team and consistent coaching
* High Volume kitchens.

Fast forward 17 years, and we now have 7 stunning pub locations, over 500 employees, and a reputation for delivering incredible food and drink experiences. With plans to expand to 20 pubs in the near future, we’re on the lookout for talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.
