Job Summary
Are you a dedicated and passionate educator with a gift for helping every child reach their full potential? Cranleigh Prep School is looking for a Learning Support Teacher, from January days per week with the potential to increase to 4) to join our vibrant and collaborative team.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing tailored, multisensory support in literacy, numeracy, and study skills to pupils in years 1-8. You'll work closely with students, parents, and colleagues to set clear goals and track progress, ensuring every child thrives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and delivering engaging, personalized lessons.
* Creating and maintaining detailed learning profiles and reports.
* Liaising with parents and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
* Assisting with administrative duties, including in-house assessments and exam invigilation.
* Embracing new technologies and interventions to enhance learning.
* Serving as a supportive resource for other staff members on differentiation strategies.
