Role: HR Advisor Location: West Yorkshire Type: Permanent - Full Time Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 Eden Brown are seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a Further Education College in West Yorkshire. This is a full time permanent role The main purpose of this role will be deliver consistent and accurate HR reporting, coaching and advice to the curriculum area. You will also be required to provide policy, process and procedural advice and guidance primarily to line managers and employees, across all employee lifecycle activities. Responsibilities to include: * Dealing with enquiries from managers and employees on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. * Providing coaching, support and guidance to line managers on HR policy and processes including but not limited to: absence, disciplinary, grievance, performance and flexible working. * Assessing the merits of ER cases, ensuring appropriate escalation of complex cases to the Lead HR Advisor. * Contribute to the HR operational planning, self-assessment and the measurement of Key Performance Indicators to support the achievement of the College's strategic objectives Requirements: * CIPD qualification, or working towards would be advantageous * Experience of working within a generalist HR role competent in disciplinary, grievance and absence management * Attention to detail and accuracy * Familiarity with HR systems, and report writing * Working to tight deadlines and changing priorities Candidates also require a current DBS, if yo...
