Base Pay Range
Salary: £52,350.48 including London Allowance
Basis: Full-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
* Lead the quality of curriculum delivery and development for Plumbing, Electrical and Construction courses.
* Work strategically to motivate students and staff to achieve at the highest level.
* Collaborate with Deputy Head of Faculty and other managers to ensure high-quality learning experience and excellent outcomes.
* Manage deadlines, changing priorities and maintain accuracy and efficiency.
* Motivate and engage teams, improving performance.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant experience in a teaching/assessor role, with assessor/IQA qualifications.
* Minimum Level 3 in Plumbing, Electrical or a Construction related trade and considerable experience in your trade.
* A teaching qualification.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
