The Role:
An opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join a growing Corporate & Commercial team advising on the full range of transactions – acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, private equity, joint ventures, and investments. You’ll work directly with the Head of Department, leading deals end‑to‑end and acting as the main client contact. The role offers a high level of responsibility, client exposure, and the chance to help shape the department’s continued growth while developing your own network and practice.
