What You'll Do:
📞 Answer questions about our products and services via phone & email
📝 Open & maintain customer accounts
🛒 Process B2C & B2B orders
💡 Recommend additional products to boost sales
⚡ Resolve customer complaints with confidence
💳 Process payments & handle returns/credits
🚚 Book deliveries with customers & couriers
🖥️ Troubleshoot technical issues
📊 Keep customer data accurate and up to date
🎯 Take ownership of enquiries and meet KPIs
What We're Looking For:
🎓 GCSEs A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent) - strong numeracy skills a must!
📧 Minimum 2 years' experience dealing with customers via phone/email - demonstrating excellent proven customer service
💻 Excel literate; Shopify experience a bonus
🧩 Excellent problem-solving, listening, and conflict resolution skills
🤝 Friendly, polite, patient, and reliable
💬 Confident to ask questions and find answers without struggle
