About the Role: As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with students aged between 2–18 who require additional support to access learning. Many of the young people you’ll work with have a diagnosis such as autism (ASC), ADHD, trauma-related needs or other social, emotional, or mental health barriers to education. Your role will be vital in helping to create a safe, consistent, and nurturing learning environment.
