Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Working Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across various facilities. Duties
* Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities performed by staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards
* Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations
* Schedule shifts and assign duties to optimize workflow and coverage
* Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and manage procurement as needed
* Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
* Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment
* Address any operational issues or staff concerns promptly and professionally
* Collaborate with management to develop cleaning schedules that meet client requirements and deadlines
* Maintain detailed records of work performed, staff attendance, and safety incidents
Experience
* Proven supervisory experience in a highlevel cleaning environment
* Strong background in commercial cleaning preferred
* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and quality control standards
* Previous experience managing supplies inventory and coordinating schedules is desirable
