Account Executive - French speaking (Fluent/Native)

£27,000 - £30,000 basic BOE plus £6,000-£10,000 OTE in your first year.

Bedford based (Must have a driving license and vehicle to commute to office.


About you:


You will be joining a UK‑based packaging supplier that specialises in metal and cardboard packaging products for businesses across Europe.


As Account Executive, you will be responsible for the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to closing the deal and retaining customers across France.


About the role:


As the Account Executive your role is part of a regional growth team that works together to achieve the overall regional growth targets to be successful.


What you will be doing:


* You will generate leads, seek new business and build relationships which grow revenues.
* You will develop your knowledge of your markets needs and trends to exploit opportunities for growth.
* You will keep track of key customers and maximise LTV.
* You will work with your team to meet the overall pod targets, sharing insights and developing new ideas and strategies.


Sales Operations


* You will secure new customers from incoming enquiries, following them up in a timely manner, providing product solutions and overcoming pain-points to maximise your conversion rates and success.
* You will find (hunt) new customers within your target regions to expand and grow revenue streams through research, prospecting, cold calling, and digital networking etc.
* You will maintain a range of existing customer accounts, nurturing relationships, and ‘farming’ additional revenues by identifying opportunities through needs analysis.

Sales Strategy Execution

* You successfully utilise all company tools, resources, sales and call structures available, and maintain detailed records against customers on activities undertaken.
* You contribute to company marketing initiatives by liaising with the marketing team to provide information on opportunities and regional development requirements for your areas that help meet growth goals, targets, and objectives.
* You keep up to date with product and service activity including new developments, product specifications, stock holdings, and sales trends, and utilise this knowledge to push products and services to meet company sales revenue targets.


Strategic Data Driven Planning


* You will prepare regular reports detailing your achievements and outlining your objectives against your targets and use this information to identify opportunities to improve any shortfalls, taking a proactive approach to do so.
* You will collaborate with your team to develop new ideas and strategies, share insights, and support growth across all regions, attending regular meetings.


What we are looking for:


* You will need to be comfortable with getting on the phone and speaking with clients.
* You must be French speaking - fluent or native
* You will need to have a driving license and vehicle to commute into the office.
