Your role
As a Casualty Claims Handler, you will be responsible for appropriately and promptly investigating and advancing casualty claims to closure, achieving business objectives and meeting the defined customer service proposition. You will support customers, brokers, third parties and claimants throughout the claims journey by using agreed claims processes, case laws, and defined strategies. You will impart technical knowledge to resolve queries and communicate decisions while sharing knowledge with others.
About You
* Experience in Casualty Claims, Employer Liability and Public Liability from insurance or legal backgrounds is ideal.
* Experience in complex claims or liability disputes is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple priorities.
