Senior 3rd Line Engineer - What You'll Do
Provide 3rd line/ 4th line support and resolve complex technical issues
Manage escalated tickets
Conduct audits, health checks, and contribute to service development
Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager and technical consultants
Senior Infrastructure Engineer - What You'll Need
Previous experience working for a MSP
3+ years in 3rd line support or 1+ year in a senior role
Very strong technical skills in Microsoft Azure technologies
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
Flexibility to travel to client sites and participate in a monthly on-call rota
