Part-Time Key Stage 2 Teacher (2–3 Days per Week) – One-Form Entry Rural Primary School
Luddenham School are seeking an enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed teacher to join our small, friendly rural primary school on a part-time basis (2–3 days per week).
Our one-form entry school sits at the heart of a close-knit rural community. We offer a warm, nurturing environment where every child is known as an individual and encouraged to thrive. Our pupils are enthusiastic, well-behaved, and eager to learn.
The Role:
1. Teaching a Key Stage Two Class (year group to be confirmed)
2. Planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons
3. Working closely with a small, supportive staff team
4. Contributing to the wider life of the school
We are looking for someone who:
5. Is a qualified teacher with strong classroom practice
6. Has high expectations of all pupils
7. Is flexible, organised, and able to work collaboratively
8. Builds positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
