Sales Team Manager Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Team Manager, you'll be leading a team of telesales professionals, helping them grow, perform, and succeed. Your role is all about creating a high-energy, supportive environment where people are motivated to hit targets - and feel good doing it.
1. Lead and inspire your sales team to meet and beat performance targets.
2. Monitor call centre metrics and spot ways to improve both customer experience and team results.
3. Provide regular coaching, feedback, and support to help each person be their best.
4. Keep a close eye on KPIs and use your know-how to drive consistent performance.
