Your new company
A leading European technology group with a strong presence in HR Tech solutions is expanding its footprint in the UK market. With thousands of clients worldwide and a reputation for innovation, this organisation offers cutting-edge software designed to transform recruitment processes.
Your new role
As Sales & Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the growth of a proven Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in the UK. You'll own the entire sales cycle-from prospecting and demos to closing deals and supporting clients post-implementation. Acting as the local commercial point of contact, you'll collaborate closely with international teams to deliver exceptional service and drive market success.
Key responsibilities include:

* Developing new business opportunities across SMBs, mid-market companies, and recruitment agencies.
* Managing the full sales process: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
* Providing tailored product presentations and pre-sales support.
* Ensuring smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale.
* Building partnerships within the HR Tech ecosystem.
* Gathering market insights to inform strategy and product development.
* Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on sales activity.

What you'll need to succeed

* Native-level English or full fluency with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* 3+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in HR Tech, ATS, or recruitment software.
* Strong knowledge of the full sales cycle and customer success principles.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple roles.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and the UK recruitment market (a plus).
