Your mission will be to find and eliminate operational friction using AI and automation. You will:Become an Automation Architect: Design and build intelligent workflows that connect different apps and data sources, using platforms like Zapier, n8n, and Microsoft Power Automate.Build Company Brains: Transform scattered documents and chaotic data into centralized, AI-powered knowledge bases that provide instant, accurate answers for our team and our clients.Craft Intelligent Conversations: Develop and refine custom AI chatbots using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio that radically improve customer support and internal processes.Explore the Frontier: Experiment with the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs from OpenAI and Google. You'll also get your hands dirty with open-source and self-hosted models (Ollama, etc.) to discover what's possible.Solve Real Problems: You’ll be assigned concrete business challenges and given the autonomy to design, prototype, and deploy your own AI-driven solutions.This is For You If... You are currently enrolled in a University or College program (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a similar field) and are able to undertake an unpaid internship for academic credit or as part of a formal co-op program.You are endlessly curious. No restrictions.We'd love to hear from you.## ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Automation Architecture: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, n8n, Microsoft Power Automate) to eliminate manual operational friction.AI Knowledge Base Development: Consolidate disparate company data into centralized, vector-ready knowledge bases to power RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for internal and client use.Custom Chatbot Engineering: Develop and refine intelligent conversational agents using tools like Microsoft Copilot Studio to enhance customer support and internal process efficiency.LLM Integration & Experimentation: Integrate Large Language Models (OpenAI, Gemini) via REST APIs into business applications and experiment with self-hosted open-source models (Ollama, Hugging Face) for specialized use cases.Prompt Engineering & Optimization: rigorous testing and refining of system prompts to ensure consistent, high-quality, and safe outputs from AI models.## RequirementsYou should be a recent graduate or a current student in a technical program (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology).
