The Role
You’ll work closely with an experienced marketing team, supporting the delivery of engaging campaigns and day‑to‑day marketing activity across multiple platforms. This is a varied position where no two days are the same — ideal for someone eager to build practical marketing experience and develop professionally.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with creating engaging content including social media posts, photography, video, and written copy
* Support social media scheduling, monitoring, and audience engagement
* Help plan and deliver marketing campaigns and promotional activity
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters
* Support product promotions, seasonal campaigns, and business events
* Prepare marketing materials for both digital and in‑person use
* Track marketing performance and compile regular reports
* Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness
* Provide insights and suggestions to support continued business growth
* Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Marketing (essential)
* Strong interest in digital marketing and content creation
* Understanding of social media platforms and marketing analytics
* Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
* Confident working with data and performance metrics
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, creative, and positive approach
* Previous retail or customer‑focused marketing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
