Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. JD Group offers significant career development opportunities for motivated individuals eager to grow and develop their careers.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, ensuring a positive experience, and understanding our customer service measurement program.
2. Drive sales by utilizing in-store devices, promoting the full product range, and maximizing add-on sales opportunities.
3. Maintain visual and merchandising standards by keeping the shop floor clean, stocked, and displays organized according to brand guidelines.
4. Support store operations by assisting in other departments as needed, representing the company professionally, and following safety guidelines.
5. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and card payments.
6. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
7. Manage stock levels on the shop floor and ensure shelves are appealing and well-organized.
8. Address customer queries professionally and promptly.
9. Collaborate with team members to meet store targets.
Role Objectives and KPIs:
1. Contribute to achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
2. Drive key KPIs such as Units, Conversion, ATV, UPT.
3. Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets.
4. Maintain a high Net Promoter Score.
5. Ensure stock on the shop floor is fully replenished.
