Job Purpose
AkzoNobel has started its journey to mature its Master Data Management (MDM) Services, and for this, setting up Global MDM capabilities is essential. The MDM Pricing Analyst will execute pricing data maintenance processes within SLAs, including its controls and monitor master data quality definitions and rules.
Key Activities
1. Responsible for executing activities done by the MDM Pricing Operations team within all capabilities provided, i.e. Pricing Data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs, point of contact for MDM CoE and business, issue solving (root cause analysis), Master Data Pricing Quality monitoring.
2. Adhere to SLAs and report/escalate to Team LEad and Service Delivery Manager in case of exceptions
3. Conduct root cause analyses and IM touchpoint for system issues fixes
4. Monitoring of Pricing data quality.
5. Collaborate with Global Pricing Expert periodically to collect, collate and analyse data for DQ metrics
6. Support implementing and monitoring of Pricing data quality rules and pricing data definitions
7. Validation of the request against Pricing data rules (impact assessment) and determines whether the data record already exists
8. Closing and filing requests for pricing data
9. Notifying the Pricing User on the status of requests (e.g. rejected requests and reason)
10. Responsible for pricing entry into information systems
11. Responsible to respond to business for additional information on completeness of pricing data requests
12. Good communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries
13. Support Globa Pricing Expert and Team Lead on process standardization and optimisation to drive down total cost to serve and enhance customer satisfaction through improved quality of processes
14. Supports the implementation of the Pricing service within MDM Tower.
15. Customer service mind-set with excellent customer service skills
16. Ability to build working relationships and foster communication with internal customers within and across organizational and geographic boundaries

Experience
18. Bachelor level
19. Minimum 2-6 years’ of experience in a Global shared service centre
20. Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP SD Pricing
21. Working experience supporting Pricing operational processes
22. Experience in interfacing with business operational customers and Information Management
23. Experience in root cause analysis
24. Experience in Pricing application systems as key user (preferably SAP SD and Pricing Tools)
25. Experience in complex business environments with multiple stakeholders, including service providers for both IT as organizational/process capabilities
26. Experience in ticketing system - preferably ServiceNow
27. Advanced English communication skills
