We are looking for a strong, strategic leader to join our global team as Vice President – Market Segment Turbomachinery (f/m/d). In this role, you will shape and drive our turbomachinery segment, ensuring sustainable growth and long-term competitiveness.
1. Strategic Leadership: You define and implement the global strategy for our turbomachinery segment, ensuring alignment with company goals.
2. Market Development: You identify new business opportunities, foster customer relationships, and expand market share worldwide.
3. Customer focus: You partner with global key accounts, anticipate customer needs, and translate them into value-adding solutions.
4. Product Management: You drive innovation, product development, and portfolio management in close collaboration with R&D and Operations.
5. Team Leadership: You lead, develop, and inspire a global team, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
6. Financial Responsibility: You manage budgets, deliver on growth and profitability targets, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications:
7. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus.
8. Extensive international leadership experience in a relevant B2B environment, ideally in turbomachinery, power generation, or related industries.
9. Proven track record in market development, key account management, and strategic business growth.
10. Strong intercultural competence and experience working in a global matrix organization.
11. High level of customer orientation, entrepreneurial drive, and strategic thinking.
12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and negotiable in English. German or other languages are a plus.
