Salary: Grade 8 (£33,699) + Special Class Allowance (£1,539) x 77.15%

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new post in the Tuition Service, overseen by Ty Gwyn Education Centre for an Assistant ALNCO.
This exciting role will provide administrative and organisational support to the Head of Alternative Learning regarding the statutory and local guidance around the Indi-vidual Development Plan (IDP) processes for children and young people in the RCT Tuition Services (EOTAS).
The role will also involve meeting with parents, carers and families and working closely with other agencies such as CAMHS and Attendance and Welfare. The role involves gathering information re the monitoring and recording of pupil progress and accurate record keeping. The post is a vital link between tuition staff and par-ents, carers and staff and requires excellent communication skills, accuracy and strong time management skills as well as knowledge of the current ALNET and its implementation.
