Generative artificial intelligence (AI) describes algorithms that can be used to produce new content, including audio, code, images, text, simulations, and videos. It is developing all the time and is now being used as a support mechanism for all kinds of content-based creations. Please note the use of AI is monitored and if applicants have used it then they are required to declare this.
This is a dynamic leadership role for three days per week, to include Saturday, Sunday and one other day. The post-holder will be responsible for managing the OOHs Health Roster, completing staff bank shift payments, and providing Dentalnurse advisor support on site for the OOHs Service to include evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring adequate clinical, nursing and reception cover for the OOH clinics, completing ongoing staff programmes and circulating as appropriate, and providing line management and leadership for all sessional Band 4 Dental Nurses and Band 3 Clinic co-ordinators (including appraisals and inductions). The post-holder will also provide support to the OOHs Lead Dentist, PCDS Clinical Lead and Operations Manager, and DentalNurse Line Managers.
