About the Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll manage costs, ensure compliance, and drive commercial success on multi-disciplined projects. You’ll work closely with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do
* Lead commercial management on complex projects
* Collaborate with project teams and clients
* Maintain accuracy and integrity in cost control and reporting
* Drive efficiency and support innovative delivery methods
What We’re Looking For
* Degree or HND/HNC equivalent
* Professional qualification (or equivalent)
* Significant experience in contracting commercial departments
* Proven track record delivering energy projects (National Grid) and rail projects (Network Rail)
* Strong knowledge of construction industry contracts
* Excellent IT skills: Word, Excel, COINS, ASite, CEMAR, PowerPoint
