The role
Salary: £40,000 - 51,000 per year Requirements: We require at least 12 months of commercial development experience. We require strong C++ skills. We look for candidates who are comfortable challenging the status quo and thinking critically. Responsibilities: We build and maintain application releases to specification. We add new features according to specification. We deliver high-quality software. We fix bugs and resolve issues. We work closely with the testing team to achieve full release status. We review pull requests. We respond to internal queries about software functionality. We provide expert technical support to internal teams. We implement and test upgrades to third-party libraries. We create internal tools. We work closely with testing teams on planned and reactive tasks. We escalate potential issues to our Line Manager when identified. This is a progressive role in bespoke software development, where responsibilities will evolve as you gain experience.
