Those huge small victories
Working in our Children’s Homes means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life. This involves supporting them through their highest highs and lowest lows. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure that the home environment supports this by making sure both staff and young people feel secure, safe, and motivated. Challenges will arise, but so will small moments that feel like huge small victories!
Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs. Our goal is to create the best possible outcomes for them. We achieve this through a holistic service approach, involving psychologists, occupational therapists, and other clinical team members to provide comprehensive support, ensuring positive outcomes through a well-coordinated service in SEND.
Get out what you put in
By managing daily operations and taking ownership of Ofsted requirements, you enable young people to reclaim their childhoods and build pathways to becoming well-rounded adults. This role is incredibly rewarding. You will be involved in new referrals and can be confident that you are providing a home within the UK’s leading provider of specialist education and care.
