 
        
        Recruitment Specialist – Talent Sourcing

As part of the national talent acquisition team, you will engage in recruiting across RSM services in the UK. You will source, screen, and manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of vacancies.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Pro‑actively source direct candidates and build long‑term relationships.
 * Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process (briefing, screening, advertising, talent mapping, offer, onboarding) using ATS (Phenom).
 * Keep candidate applications updated and progress efficiently.
 * Attend scoping meetings with hiring partners to understand role briefs.
 * Support Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager on projects.
 * Deliver a high standard of client service and act as an ambassador of RSM.
Qualifications:
 * Experience in a resourcing role, either agency or in‑house, with passion for in‑house recruitment.
 * Solid understanding of recruitment project lifecycle.
 * Confident use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
 * Ability to manage diverse and complex roles, including professional qualification requirements.
 * Excellent client service and relationship‑building skills.
 * Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
