A successful and steadily growing independent accountancy firm in Worcester is looking to hire across both its Audit & Accounts and Tax teams. This is a modern, values-led practice with an excellent reputation for client service and internal culture. Your role as an Accounts & Audit Senior:
* You'll join a close-knit team where you'll be working across a diverse portfolio of clients (mostly OMBs, SMEs, Charities, and NFPs), With a 60/40 split between accounts and audit.
* This is a genuinely varied role with the autonomy to lead audits from planning to completion and continue building strong, long-term client relationships.
* The role will involve travelling to client sites both locally and UK wide.
What you'll need to succeed:
* ACA / ACCA qualified.
* Experience managing audits from planning through to completion.
* Comfortable preparing accounts under UK GAAP.
* Experience of using IRIS software would be beneficial.
* Ideally experience or interest in the charity / NFP space (not essential).
* A generalist, well-rounded background.
* A driving licence would be preferable.
