An exciting opportunity has arisen at Holmhead Medical Practice LLP.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Practice Nurse to join our multi-disciplinary team who are committed to delivering excellent patient care. Hours available are 22.5 to 37.5 hours (negotiable) Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will be joining our clinical team which consists of 3 GP partners, 5 salaried GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurse, CTAC Nurses and Healthcare Staff
They should be a suitably qualified professional in all aspects of chronic disease management, sexual health and be an independent prescriber or willing to work towards this. They should demonstrate safe, critical thinking in clinical decision-making and expert care for patients, and have high clinical standards with appropriate follow up if required, treating and advising patients in respect of clinical care and nursing needs.
Remuneration will be Agenda for Change, banding will be 5/6 dependent on experience (pro-rata).
