Rate of Pay: £99.45 - £130.78 per day
Summary:
The Customer Service Advisor will provide a professional and customer-focused front-line service to visitors, residents, guests, and suppliers. The role involves delivering high-quality reception and administrative support, providing information on council services, and ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Greet all visitors, guests, and suppliers in a professional and welcoming manner.
* Provide basic advice, contacts, and general information regarding council services and partner organisations.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls and support campaign-related call handling activities.
* Carry out general administrative tasks to support the wider customer service function.
* Escalate issues to line management in a timely and efficient manner and ensure relevant stakeholders are kept informed.
* Provide cover for job-share partners during holidays or absence to ensure continuity of service.
Essentials:
* Experience in a customer service or reception-based role.
* Experience handling telephone enquiries and face-to-face customer interactions.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
* Ability to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
* Experience carrying out general administrative tasks within a team environment.
