Realise is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to cover learners in the Devon area.
As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners in achieving their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to succeed in their learning journey with Realise.
While daily tasks may vary, your key responsibilities are likely to include:
1. Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, both face-to-face and remotely
2. Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
3. Creating tailored solutions for learners to ensure the best possible experience and support their interests and careers
4. Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey

The Salary
* If you are a Trainee with no teaching or assessing qualifications, or a qualified Trainer capable of delivering Level 3 - £27,500
* If you are a qualified Trainer capable of delivering Level 5 - £28,500
* You can earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You
* A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential
* Significant occupational experience in an Early Years setting
* An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/33, CAVA) is advantageous
* A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) is advantageous
* Experience in managing your own caseload
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in IT, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
