Job Description
Duties Include:
3. Processing bi-weekly and monthly payroll
4. Ensuring all information is correct and up to date on the system
5. Checking timesheets
6. Calculating correct employee pay
7. Processing holiday, sick, paternity and maternity leave payments
8. Issuing payroll documentations IE. P45, P60 and P11D
9. Resolving queries relating to employee pay
10. Processing PAYE deductions and sending payroll intimation to 3rd party
11. Ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will:
12. Have previous experience and knowledge of end to end payroll - essential
13. Have a strong understand behind payroll processes - essential
14. Have a strong attention to detail - essential
15. Be able to work in a team and independently - desirable
16. Be able to work within a high volume and fast pace environment - essential
17. Be proactive and work efficiently - essential
