GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher to join a secondary school in Lincoln on a full-time basis. This is an exciting chance to play a key role in engaging students with the world around them, while encouraging curiosity about people, places, and environments.
Responsibilities of the Geography Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and informative Geography lessons across the school.
* Plan and prepare lessons that inspire curiosity and encourage high achievement.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities, such as fieldwork and clubs.
Requirements for the Geography Teacher:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
* A degree in Geography or a related subject.
* Strong knowledge of the Geography curriculum.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills.
* ECTs are encouraged to apply and will receive full mentoring and support.
