Job Description
What you'll do as a General Manager...
1. Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
2. Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional experiences for customers.
1. Recruit and develop your team, ensuring they have the knowledge to delight customers.
2. Champion brand standards and ensure safety for customers and staff at all times.
Please note that successful candidates will need to already possess or be able to acquire a personal license.
What you'll bring...
* High standards and attention to detail in all aspects of running a successful pub.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a natural ability to connect with people.
* Business acumen, with a keen eye for P&L control.
* An appreciation for individuality, caring for others, your pub, and the environment.
* Previous success at the General Manager level is desirable, from hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced backgrounds; the right attitude and outlook are essential.
* A desire to learn and thrive when taking on new challenges.
