Location: Heathrow Airport, Building 1156, Newall Road, Hounslow, Greater London, England, TW6 2RZ
Shift Pattern: 4-on 4-off night shift (18:30 - 06:30)
We are seeking an experienced Deep Cleaner to join our team on a 4 on / 4 off night shift pattern (18:30 - 06:00), working under the guidance of an FM Supervisor. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year's deep cleaning experience and be proficient in the safe use of cleaning machinery. The role involves physically demanding tasks, including the lifting and movement of heavy equipment with the support of fellow operatives. A strong understanding of hygiene standards, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.
Responsibilities
* Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs.
* Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
* Undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
* Work within a team and/or under their own initiative; build positive and productive working relationships with all customers.
* Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Ability to communicate and read basic English.
* Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
* Flexible approach to the role; open, honest, self-driven and determined; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
* Proficiency in the safe use of cleaning machinery; physically capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment with support as required.
