We are recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator for our Leeds based client. They are looking for someone who is sharp, proactive, and detail driven. Someone who can multi-task and keep things running smoothly in a fast paced and changeable environment all whilst delivering exceptional service to customers.
This role sits right at the heart of the action. You’ll be the go-to person who ensures that customer orders move seamlessly from the point of order to delivery — coordinating between departments, managing timelines, and keeping communication flowing between internal teams, clients, and transport partners.
If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in doing things right the first time, spots issues before they arise, and enjoys being the link that keeps everything connected — this could be your next career move.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Sales Order Processing – Own the order journey from start to finish. You’ll receive, check, and process incoming requests, allocate stock, and communicate to the warehouse for accurate and timely picking. You’ll flag any shortages and make sure every customer receives what they need, when they need it.
* Shipping & Documentation– Create shipping paperwork, log deliveries and liaise with hauliers and couriers. Manage transport bookings, resolve delivery issues, and keep product moving.
* Collaboration – Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams. You’ll be the bridge between departments, helping to resolve challenges quickly and ensuring smooth communication from end to end.
We’re looking for someone who’s naturally organised, accurate, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be confident communicating with others — both in writing and face to face — and you’ll bring a calm, solutions-focused attitude when challenges arise. Teamwork is at the heart of everything they do, so you’ll enjoy working closely with colleagues across different departments. Experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or supply chain administration would be an advantage, but what matters most is your proactive approach and willingness to learn.
In return you’ll be joining a growing, supportive business where your input genuinely makes a difference. Every day brings something new, and you’ll work alongside experienced teams across both Commercial and Supply Chain functions who will give you the support to succeed.
The role is based on site and salary is £30k, rising to £33k after probation period. If this sounds like your next move you can apply via the link.
Good Luck
