The Role of the Business Development Manager:
* Selling a portfolio of Respiratory, Wound Care, IV Therapy and Continence products across primary and secondary care customers
* You will have the support of a nursing team to help the patients and train them how to use the system.
* Lead relationships and negotiations with senior stakeholders including national Key Opinion Leaders
* Effectively negotiate and influence key stakeholders
* Deliver compelling commercial narratives to accelerate communication
* Achieve or exceed growth targets
* Implement the strategy and tactics as directed and maintain business plans

The Ideal Person for the Business Development Manager:
* Ideally you will have Hospital and NHS Community sales experience
* Ideally experience of Respiratory, Wound Care, IV Therapy or Continence products but not essential
* We can consider a junior or entry-level graduate with scientific/medical interest looking for their first medical sales role
* Ability to engage with decision-makers and build relationships
* Strong negotiation skills, ability to influence decision-makers
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Dynamic and driven
* Desire to work in a target-driven environment
* Confident, articulate, and a strong relationship builder
