No experience needed - we provide full training and will equip you with the skills to become an excellent Support Worker. We value kindness, compassion, empathy, and a desire to make a difference, so these qualities are essential.
Due to the nature of this role, a Full UK Driving Licence is required.

What will your day look like?
Our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs through collaboration, compassion, and understanding. No two days are the same; some are steady, others hectic, involving appointments and activities. The role involves:
* Socialising and attending community activities, promoting hobbies & interests.
* Providing physical support, including household tasks and personal care.
* Supporting with life skills such as shopping and money management.
* Delivering individual support plans.
