This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and previous experience in residential conveyancing who is looking to join a friendly, supportive, and reputable firm.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding full secretarial and administrative support to conveyancing fee earnersPreparing and formatting legal documents, correspondence, and contractsManaging diaries, scheduling appointments, and organising case filesOpening and closing files, carrying out AML checks, and preparing client care packsLiaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third partiesOrdering searches, submitting SDLT forms, and handling Land Registry applicationsAudio typing and digital dictationEnsuring all work is completed accurately and within deadlinesAbout YouPrevious experience as a legal secretary within conveyancing is essentialExcellent typing skills (audio/digital dictation experience desirable)Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitaskConfident communication skills and a professional telephone mannerA proactive and positive approach to workload and teamworkFamiliarity with case management systems and general IT competence
