What You Will Do
Manage a caseload of children and young people at risk of offending.
Carry out comprehensive assessments and produce reports including Court and Panel reports.
Develop and deliver tailored intervention plans to reduce future offending behaviour.
Participate in a duty rota, including court attendance and providing court advice.
Work directly with children subject to out-of-court disposals and statutory court orders.
Collaborate with multi-agency partners to provide holistic, coordinated support.
Requirements
Qualified Social Worker with registration.
Previous experience within a youth justice or youth offending setting.
Strong skills in managing cases involving court and out-of-court disposals.
