We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Video Content Creator to join our Social Media team in London. You’ll be the mastermind behind vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — translating complex financial topics into relatable, entertaining videos that grow our brand and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creation of short-form vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
Own the end-to-end content process — from ideation and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing
Produce a high volume of engaging, platform-native videos weekly
Experiment with trends, audio, and creative storytelling formats
Collaborate with the Social Media team to align with campaigns and content strategy
Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Ensure content is aligned with Guavapay’s brand tone and visual identity
Track video performance and contribute to data-driven content improvements
Requirements:
3+ years of professional content creation experience or 5+ years as an independent creator with a strong portfolio
Proven track record of creating viral or highly engaging content
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, mobile apps, and Adobe Suite (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Strong storytelling skills and creative thinking
Comfortable being on camera when needed
Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Analytical mindset with a passion for testing and optimizing content
Bonus: Experience with Figma, basic animation, or scripting tools
