Hyper Talent Solutions is urgently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) to support one of our key public sector buyers on a major ServiceNow transformation programme. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and innovation at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
* Align IRM Entity Hierarchies with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
* Design integration patterns to enable user access transition to zScaler
* Expand adoption of the Service Portfolio Management (SPM) module across the organisation
* Define and deliver secure patterns for ServiceNow API provision
* Support HR with complex case management leveraging HRSD
Stakeholder Engagement:
You will work closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams within the buyer organisation, while also interfacing with governance forums to present architecture solutions and influence decision-making.
What we're looking for:
* ServiceNow CTA Certification (essential)
* Strong experience designing & implementing ServiceNow across multi-datacentre/public cloud environments
* Expertise in ServiceNow modules (ITSM, IRM, SPM, HRSD, etc.)
* Deep understanding of ServiceNow security, integration frameworks, and best practices
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and communication skills
Desirable:
* Exposure to machine learning, automation, and advanced integrations
* Experience defining/documenting integration solutions across enterprise and 3rd party applications
* Ability to blend technical leadership with hands-on delivery
